Hooper's book is pleasant to read and full of interesting and amusing anecdotes/5(). I bought this book online (not for the current price -$that would be nuts!!) because the title intrigued me and it had gotten good reviews.

BIG MISTAKE. First of all, the book does not even consider whether Italians are "white" or by: Luigi Barzini was an Italian journalist, writer and politician most famous for his book The Italians, delving deeply into the Italian national character and introducing many Anglo-Saxon readers to Italian life and culture.
