America's Energy Needs as Our National Security Policy: Hearing Before the Subcommittee on Energy and Resources of the Committee on Government Reform, on. In his book, America Needs America's Energy: Creating Together the People's Energy Plan, Stansberry outlines the history, the issues, and the solution.
